Ingredients:

Tomatoes, diced

Cucumbers, diced

Fresh Mozarella, balls or sliced

Fresh Basil

Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Balsamic Vinegar

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

 

In a bowl combine all ingredients.

Top with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Season with sea salt and black pepper.

Garnish with fresh basil.
