Super Moist Banana Bread,
This Banana Bread is the best one I have tried so far. I’m almost kind of obsessed with Banana Bread at the moment. I make one at least once a week. My kids and husband love it, and as a runner I appreciate the high Potassium from 4 Bananas in this recipe. I actually just made it again this afternoon. My kids loooved it and so did I!
This recipe from scratch really doesn’t take that much longer to prepare than some of the ready-made mixes. It has flaxseed, as well. I’m a firm believer in the benefits of Omega 3s, I always try to make sure I incorporate flaxseed into my recipes, especially for my kids’ snacks or meals.
Here is what you need to make this Banana Bread:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tblsp. flaxseed meal
preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix butter, sugar and eggs, add flour, baking soda, salt, flax and bananas. Mix it well for about 2 minutes. Put dough in a greased loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
