Hi everybody and welcome back to Sunday Fitness and Food – Weekend Vibes. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their weekend. It’s passing by way too fast, every.single.week!! Why is that?
I’m opening this party before I’m heading out to Yoga class. No long run for me on this beautiful Sunday morning. I’m resting and injured foot at this point. I will try to get in some walking mileage with my kids later on.
Many of you enjoyed a mild temperatures this week. I saw so many happy fitness outdoor pics this week on Instagram. Mid 70s in February!!! Nothing wrong with that! Lots of happy runner pics!!
