Hi everybody and welcome back to another edition of Sunday Fitness & Food!
I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving with delicious food and treats. I have to be admit, since Wednesday I have lost count of the days. Every day since last Wednesday seems like Saturday to me…does that ever happen to you, too? This usually happens to me with 3 day weekends, but add a day or two and my weekday count is at a total loss…
Anyway, we had a great Thanksgiving. We spent most of it outdoors with the kids. I believe staying active through the holidays is essential and all the wonderful food tastes therefore even better. It’s still quite warm here in Palm Beach, Florida. I was hoping for some cooler temperatures by now, especially for my running, but somehow Summer is still in full thrive!
Thanks to everybody linking up last week.
I know you all were super busy and I therefore appreciate your linking up to Sunday Fitness & Food even more!
2 of the posts from last week I’d like to share with you are,
Kaila from the Healthy Helper ran her first (!!) marathon at an impressive time of 3 hours and 12 minutes. You don’t have to be a runner to know that this super hard to accomplish. Huge Congrats Kaila! You are a Rockstar!
