Hello Everyone and welcome back to Sunday Fitness & Food!

Can’t believe this week is over already. We had a lot of celebrating to do this week. My oldest son John turned 6! Yes, it was a week full of cake and other goodies and great memories.

Welcome back everybody to another edition of Sunday Fitness and Food Food!

I’m sharing with you my favorite smoothie from this afternoon! Frozen Mixed Berries, Vegan Protein Powder, Spirulina, Hemp Hearts and 1/2 tsp of Maple Syrup!
