Welcome back everybody to Sunday Fitness & Food – the last October issue!
How is this possible? I blinked and it was October 29th!!!
I have been so busy the entire month . My first book was published yesterday and I was happy that all the hard work I put into this project over the Summer finally paid off.
My favorite moment was when I had my 6 year old son John open the package and read the name of the author.
That was a truly funny moment:)
