Since this link-up is Fitness and Food related I’m sharing one of my favorite Smoothie recipes with you!

Smoothies are great as a light snack before a workout, and a great recovery food post workout.

Post run it will always be my favorite choice for replenishing my body.


Green Goodness

1 ripe Banana, frozen or fresh

1/2 ripe Avocado

1/2 Apple

1 cup of Almond Milk or any other milk of your choice, coconut milk works great, too!

4-6 Ice Cubes


put it all in a blender, smooth it up and enjoy!
