Welcome back everyone to Sunday Fitness & Food Link-Up!

Thanks so much for everyone who has linked-up last week. Fall is in full swing and I just realized today October is almost over!!  How is that even possible?

I took my kids to the pumpkin patch today and afterwards we went shopping for Halloween costumes. This season is filled with so much entertaining fun. The temps in Palm Beach are even cooling down a bit, at least in the early morning. The drop in temperature makes it much easier to head outside to get your fitness on.

    • It’s really cooling down here in the morning now Marcia, which is awesome. I try to get outside early before the heat breaks again after 10 am.
