Thanks so much for everyone who has linked-up last week. Fall is in full swing and I just realized today October is almost over!! How is that even possible?
I took my kids to the pumpkin patch today and afterwards we went shopping for Halloween costumes. This season is filled with so much entertaining fun. The temps in Palm Beach are even cooling down a bit, at least in the early morning. The drop in temperature makes it much easier to head outside to get your fitness on.
