Can you believe July is almost over? We really need to take in and enjoy Summer as much as we can. It will be over before we know it.
It can be really hard staying busy and active throughout the Summer, but the payoff is so worth it. Slowing down the pace and keeping hydration levels up really does help and makes activities in the warmer weather much more pleasant. I always find Summer is a great time to eats lots of healthy refreshing fruits and salads.
Popsicles are a great way to hydrate. One of the recipes we make in our house are Mango – Strawberry Popsicles – sweetened with honey! So good! Love those as an after run snack! My kids love them, too. That explains the rocket shape! 🙂
