Happy and Healthy New Year and welcome back everybody to the first edition of Sunday Fitness & Food of 2017!
I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday Season.I’m sure, by now, after all the delicious holiday food and treats we are all ready to kick start a new healthy eating regimen and a regular gym routine? It also always feels good to be back in a regular routine again, doesn’t it? I love the holidays and everything about it, but once it’s over I’m always looking forward to re-organizing and re-focusing on goals and daily routines.
On that note, I’m looking forward to all the new healthy recipes you guys are sharing with us today and inspiring workout routines and training logs.
