I can’t believe it’s the last weekend of August already – a lot of you will be enjoying much cooler temps in the next 3 weeks.

I’m sure that all the runners are all looking forward to it. I will be sweating it out here in South Florida a little bit longer. We’ve been having lots of thunderstorms and heavy humidity putting a real damper on most outdoor activities. Hurricane season started and I just hope we will not be affected by it. That’s the major downside of having all this high humidity in the air.
