Hi Everybody and Welcome Back to Sunday Fitness & Food Link-Up!

Hooray it’s finally Summer! We have been sweating it out here in South Florida already for a few weeks though. The heat and humidity definitely bring on some obstacles in terms of running but it’s also a great time for simply enjoying the outdoors.

I’m definitely looking forward to picnics, beach and pool time and BBQs. It rarely ever gets better than that! šŸ™‚
