Happy Sunday everybody and welcome back to Sunday Fitness & Food – it’s almost Spring! It seems like a week ago when I opened the first party of 2017…and tomorrow is the first day of Spring!

I have found my way back into a regular running schedule and the cooler temps here in Florida this week make running super enjoyable. My foot is still not in race mode but I’m happy I’m able to log in some miles again. As soon after I open this party I will find my way out the door for some Sunday miles…
