Sunday Fitness & Food – it’s almost Spring!

Happy Sunday everybody and welcome back to Sunday Fitness & Food – it’s almost Spring! It seems like a week ago when I opened the first party of 2017…and tomorrow is the first day of Spring!

Another week to share and link up your latest fitness and food posts.

I have found my way back into a regular running schedule  and the cooler temps here in Florida this week make running super enjoyable. My foot is still not in race mode but I’m happy I’m able to log in some miles again. As soon after I open this party I will find my way out the door for some Sunday miles…

  1. All of our snow (from LAST Sunday) is long gone…and I’m hoping to not see any of the white stuff for several months. Welcome to spring!!

  3. Right now it’s really a little hard to believe that Spring starts tomorrow. But it will get here . . . someday. We did enjoy a lovely day today — I’m sure it would’ve been cold to you, but after the mess of the beginning of the week and 3 days on the treadmill, it was most welcome!
