Welcome back to another edition of Sunday Fitness & Food – Happy October! We are already in October my friends! How did this HAPPEN?

I just thought it was still Summer and it’s October already???

I’m so happy I get to open a fun party every week for so many talented and creative bloggers. I love reading your training logs – you have no idea how much you are inspiring me. I love all the creative spin on so many healthy recipe ideas!

I got myself some Acorn Squash this afternoon at Trader Joe’s and I think will put one of these in the oven tonight! Love the plant-based protein from the quinoa in this recipe.
