Hope you guys are enjoying your weekend and the outdoors! Right after finishing this post I will be heading out for a run. I skipped my Saturday morning run yesterday, so I’m really looking forward to a run this morning. The early morning temps have been in the lower 60s here in Palm Beach for the past few days – how amazing is that?
Could this weather please stay around for a few more days?
I hope you guys have not been hit by a major snow storm in the mids of April. I saw pics of Meb Keflezighi training for the Boston Marathon on his treadmill – due to the snowy conditions in his area. If you’re forced to stay inside due to weather conditions – here is some #treadmillmotivation!
