Hello everybody and welcome back to Sunday Fitness & Food – Thanks for stopping by!
I just got back from Frankfurt, Germany. I truly enjoyed the cooler climate in the middle part of Germany. It was a great break from the Florida climate. The weather in Germany right now is a runner’s dream. I wasn’t able to run while I was there, but the kids and me took long walks throughout the City, suburbs and country side. It was amazing to see how much the running community has grown in and around the City. Walking along the Main River was almost like walking along the Westside Highway in NYC, there was an abundance of runners along the river Main in the morning and at night. No wonder the marathons in Frankfurt and Berlin have become so popular and hard to get into…
Even though I wasn’t able to host the last 2 parties, I checked back with Angela’s site to see all the fun posts you have shared. Here are 2 I would like to share with you
Back on the (Weather) Roller Coaster by Running on the Fly. Kimberly is the endurance runner behind this fun running blog. Her stair case workouts have changed my life, I don’t think I can ever walk up to my 3rd floor apartment without incorporating her staircase routine!! Thank You Kimberly! #trulyepic
