I hope you all had a fantastic 4th of July weekend.

The heat is scorching here in South Florida. I’m sure wherever you are the temps are on the rise as well. I just got back from a 5 mile run. It was super hot but somehow  manageable since the humidity was a bit lower than usual.

It’s such a great time of year though. Outdoor BBQs and Picnics by the water are one of my favorite things to do with my family.


I’m super excited about all the recipes and fitness posts you guys are linking up every week. It’s so fun to read each and every one of them.
