Sharing one of my absolute favorite Smoothies with you today.

Mango Ginger Turmeric Smoothie, is a wonderful smoothie that helps fight inflammation. So beneficial for runners and all active people.

Not only does it taste great, I love the combination Mango and Ginger, it really has some really awesome health benefits. Mango is full of essential enzymes and vitamins, ginger soothes and eases your digestion and turmeric serves as a powerful anti-inflammatory.

The sweetness of the Mango helps with the spicy taste of the turmeric and the two really compliment each other.

The active component in turmeric is curcumin, which has been used in India for over 2500 years for its amazing health benefits. It is used as natural pain relief, and as a liver detoxifier.  It’s anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties make Turmeric beneficial for people suffering from various types of inflammation.

Recent studies show how helpful Turmeric can be in the fight and in the prevention of cancer.

Lately I have really tried to make a commitment to adding more turmeric into my daily diet. Adding turmeric to your smoothies is for sure a really good choice.

Turmeric is also available in pill form if you’re looking for treating a specific conditions.

As a runner I really enjoy the anti-inflammatory benefits of this spice. Since it also helps to detoxify your liver, you may also feel your energy levels are more up when you include this little spicy wonder in your diet.

Plus, this Mango Ginger Turmeric Smoothie tastes super refreshing , making it one delicious tasting treat!



1 cup of frozen Mango

1 little piece of fresh Ginger (1inch)

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric

1 cup Fresh Filtered Water


Put it all in a blender, mix it and enjoy! So good!
