Welcome Back Everyone to another October edition of Sunday Fitness & Food Link -Up – link your latest posts!
October really seems to be the kick start for some of the yummiest recipes for the upcoming holiday season.
So many awesome recipes were linked-up last week, including yummy pumpkin and roasted vegetable posts. You guys were truly spoiling us! I read all those delicious posts and I said to myself that I really need to give them all a try! They all just looked amazing!
For a lot of people October is also a month to kick start their fitness routine. After hot Summer temps for the last few weeks most runners and outdoor athletes are looking forward to a much needed cool down. Even here in Palm Beach I was able to run in 81 degrees this morning. What a nice relief!!! Seriously. Happy Florida Running!
Two of the posts I’d like to share with you are
No-Bake Pumpkin Pie Dessert by Intoxicatedonlife.com.
This dessert really is the pumpkin dessert dreams are made of. Stop by and check it out, but be careful “delicious overflow”!
Another post I would like to share with you is Wedding Fun by my blogging friend Tricia. I enjoy reading Tricia’s running and fitness logs every week. Tricia is the writer and runner behind Misssippipiddlin.com
Tricia is also one of the women from the Weekly Wrap. An awesome supportive Fitness link-up for active women in the blogging community.
Stop by and say “Hello”!
