I’m usually not a big carrot eater on a dish but this Carrot Mango Smoothie is an excellent way to provide your body with some Vitamin A and Beta-carotene, all great for vision and lung health. The lemon is a nice immune booster and the flaxseed meal provides some Omega 3s which are good for inflammation.
Here is what you need to make a Carrot Mango Smoothie:
I cup Organic Carrots
3/4 cup frozen Mango
1 peeled Lemon
3 oz water
3 oz orange juice
1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
Put it in a mixer and blend it. I personally prefer the Nutrilbullet, it blends to a really smooth consistency.
