This Bite-Size Grilled Cheese Naan recipe is always a winner among my kids (and husband). It’s so simple. The Naan bread makes these sandwich bites super smooth and soft and my go-to cheese is Muenster Cheese. Muenster cheese because my kids don’t like a strong cheese flavor and the Muenster cheese melted is very mild. I cut these up on my kitchen board into bite size pieces and they pretty much vanish within minutes of serving!
What you need to make bite size grilled cheese naan:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 pieces of Naan bread on a baking sheet, top one piece with Muenster cheese, leave the other one plain. Bake for about 5-7 minutes. Take it out, I usually put it straight onto my wooden cutting board. Top the cheese Naan with the plain one and cut into 1 1/2″ strips. If the strips are quite long, depending on your Naan, than cut these one more time in half. Enjoy!
Tip: You can also substitute the Muenster Cheese with Provolone, if your kids don’t mind a stronger tasting cheese. It’s delicious as well.
