My favorite Berry Kale Protein Smoothie, for recovery after a workout, energy booster and overall wellness.

How to make a Berry Kale Protein Smoothie:

1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 scoops Whey Protein Powder
1 cup chopped Kale
1 cup mixed Berries
1 tablespoons unfiltered Flaxseed Oil ( or ground flaxseed)
optional: 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey ( if I’m in the mood for something more sweet)

Put it in the mixer, blend it and Enjoy!
