Welcome back to another edition of Sunday Fitness & Food!
It’s finally getting a bit cooler here in Palm Beach. I was baking Christmas cookies with my kids yesterday and we finished up with all the Christmas decorations. I know in a blink it will be December 25th and this year will be over. The holidays truly are the best time of year, no matter how busy we get.
