Welcome back to another edition of Sunday Fitness & Food!

It’s finally getting a bit cooler here in Palm Beach. I was baking Christmas cookies with my kids yesterday and we finished up with all the Christmas decorations. I know in a blink it will be December 25th and this year will be over.  The holidays truly are the best time of year, no matter how busy we get.

  4. I’m jealous of your warm weather! Although when we lived in Houston for 2 years it felt very odd to be celebrating Christmas with summer like temperatures.

    • Absolutely – we only moved to Florida 2 years ago from NYC and I don’t think I can ever get really used to Christmas in the heat, Laura…the same goes for running 🙂

  6. It’s a bit beyond “cool” up here in the northeast. While it might not yet be winter technically, with the chill and the snow supposedly headed our way, it sure feels like it.

    • Judy – we had a bit of a cooler breeze the last few days and today it’s super warm again. It can make running frustrating sometimes…

  8. I agree with you Ilka, the holidays are approaching at warp speed! All 3 of my BQs were achieved on 3 runs/week. It can definitely be done, but I’ll bet the RLRF plan works best for a certain type of runner. It’s definitely not for everyone.
