Welcome back to Sunday Fitness & Food December 4th!
We are heading deep into the Holiday Season! My kids have been busy making their lists for Santa. The boys also make daily modifications to these lists, they literally change their minds every single day..so who knows what toys will be under the tree Christmas Day. 🙂
We have been out last night looking at Christmas lights in our neighborhood. A few communities further down an entire block is going all out every year. I thought it was worth sharing this light show with you guys on the blog today. It really is great fun for the whole family and I love how people can dedicate so much passion into a group effort. It takes a great neighbor community to organize something like this every year!
Thank You for everyone joining and linking up last week. It has been a pleasure to read your posts!
2 of the posts I’d love t share with you from last week’s Sunday Fitness & Food are
Gluten-Free and Vegan Pumpkin Scones by LaurenBolizar.com. I particularly I loved the recipe for the yummy glaze. A much healthier glaze option to high sugar icing and frosting. Ingredients like this make snacking so much more fun! Lauren is the creative writer and runner behind this fun sporty blog with great Running Tips and Healthy Recipes! Stop by and check it out!
Thanks for the Miles by Taking The Long Way Home. This was another great post by Wendy, the writer and dedicated runner behind this running blog. This post pretty much summed up why we love hitting the pavement week after week. Love reading Wendy’s posts. If you want to get inspired, stop by and say “Hello!”
